1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpotMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SpotMe is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides:

• Workout logging and template management
• Nutrition tracking with AI-powered food analysis
• AI nutrition coaching via text and photo
• Progress analytics and insights

3. Subscriptions and Billing

SpotMe offers a free tier with limited AI features and a paid subscription ("SpotMe Pro") that unlocks unlimited access.

• Free Trial: New users receive a free trial period with unlimited access. After the trial ends, free-tier limits apply.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Abuse, spam, or overload the AI features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App's functionality
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

6. Health Disclaimer

SpotMe is not a medical service. The nutrition information, AI coaching suggestions, and workout recommendations provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise program. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by the App.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide nutrition estimates and coaching. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Calorie and macro estimates from photo analysis are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SpotMe (including design, code, and AI models) are owned by SpotMe and protected by intellectual property laws. Your workout data and food logs remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

SpotMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
