Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SpotMe account and all associated data at any time. Below are the steps and details about what happens.

How to delete your account

Open the SpotMe app on your phone.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm twice when prompted.

What happens after deletion

When you tap "Delete Account", your account is scheduled for deletion. You have a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by logging back in and tapping "Restore" on your Profile screen.

After 30 days, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

Account profile (name, email, photo, height, weight, birthday)
All workout sessions, sets, and personal records
All custom workout templates
All food logs and nutrition history
Custom nutrition goals
AI nutrition coach chat history
Custom exercises and foods you created (anonymized; remain available to other users)
Authentication tokens and timezone preferences

Note: Deletion cannot be reversed after the 30-day grace period ends. Make sure to export or screenshot any data you want to keep before the period expires.

Can't access the app?

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, please email us at the address below and we will manually delete your account within 30 days.
